Oakland’s high schools are full of promising students. 

The annual Oakland Youth Careers Expo is Oakland’s premier career-education event. The Expo displays the Bay Area's amazing diversity of career opportunities, as well as the skills and education needed for those jobs. 

The Expo's goals are to connect employers with their future workforce and help students make informed, inspired decisions about continuing their education after high school -- whether they choose a four-year university, community college or apprenticeship training center. Youth will have access to internships, mentors and educational opportunities.

In 2016, we welcomed more than 1,600 students from 16 high schools in Oakland, as well as 100+ exhibitors representing the state's leading employers. This year, we hope to see YOU there!
